Atlanta Southern Crescent used its community grant was to provide Uber Health Rides for
those patients going to the Good Shepherd Clinic who have transportation
difficulties. The patients can't get to their medical appointments, which often
results in no-shows, and not getting the care they need. Uber Health provides
rides to medical appointments. One of the single most impactful services we
could provide is this one. Rotarians volunteered at the Good Shepherd Clinic
throughout the year. The Clinic reaches uninsured residents of Clayton County
and the Doctors, who work there, volunteer their time. Neither the patients not
the Uber drivers could be photographed, so staff and Atlanta Southern Crescent Rotarians
